Terms of Service

Saddy is an entertainment app that lets you track a daily "Sad Score" based on questions you answer. It is not a medical, psychological, therapeutic, or diagnostic service. Nothing in the app is medical advice.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Saddy.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity under your account. Don't impersonate others, and don't use Saddy to harass anyone.

Anything you log in Saddy belongs to you. By sharing a Saddy result publicly (via the Challenge link or other share), you grant Saddy a non-exclusive license to display that shared content as part of the service.

• Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Don't use Saddy to publish hateful, illegal, or harmful content.
• Don't pretend Saddy is medical advice. It isn't.

Some Saddy features may require a paid subscription billed through your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iOS Settings.

Saddy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee accuracy, availability, or that your score will make you feel better.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saddy and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
